2015 NEW Sanyo NCR18650GA VS LG INR18650-MJ1

2015, Sanyo created an new type 18650 cells, NCR18650GA 3.7v 3500mah. It have max discharge current 10A. But this is not only one battery which others not have. Such as LG have 18650-MJ1, 3.7v 3500mah. So let me have an look at theirs performance.

This is new original Sanyo NCR18650GA 3.7V 3500mAh I bought, as picture attached.

As Sanyo normal type, it has red color. Its top have bule circle. And Battery body marked NCR18650GA.

1) Okay, let’s test Sanyo NCR18650GA 3.7V3500mAh cells. Really want to know its performance. First let it discharge at 0.2c rate. Report as following:

This result indicate that Sanyo NCR18650GA Capacity can be from 3350mAh to 3354mAh.(As we know it real capacity is 3500mAh).

Comparing with LG INR18650-MJ1, it can’t beat LG INR18650-MJ1 at 0.2C dishcarge rate.
